So… What’s it Like Going to Disneyland for the first time?
I don’t remember the first time I ever went to a Disney park - I was literally 2 years old! This is why I’m like this… So I asked my oldest friend what it was like experiencing a Disney Park for the first time - as an adult to boot! - when we went this past June. Here’s what she had to say:
“I have Just returned from an incredible trip to Disneyland Paris with my oldest childhood friend [editorial note - that’s me!]. The whole experience was truly magical!! Entering the Disneyland hotel was just like stepping into a fairytale setting… you get this immediate sense of nostalgia and it takes you back to a time of pure happiness.
Stepping into the park the first time was truly surreal - it really is like stepping into a Disney film!! A true distraction from the real world!!!
The Parade was a major highlight. The floats were amazing, filled with vibrant costumes and music that had us hooked. Meeting the Disney princesses and the characters was so special Hugging mickey and waving to Rapunzel was a dream come true!
The food was also a standout. From the crepes to the cocktails, every meal was delicious. We enjoyed amazing French cuisine, and the themed restaurants added to the experience. Dining in the Ratatouille-themed restaurant was a particular highlight.
This trip was an absolute dream. Sharing these magical moments with my oldest friend made it even better. Disneyland Paris is truly magical, and I can't wait to return! I am not yet done!!!”
Magical is right! And it’s always the right time for a bit of magic!
