Why?

… is what I had been asking myself about Disney Cruise Line. Why would anyone want to go on a boat when there are PARKS!?

Prior to our brief-but-awesome cruise on the Disney Wish last September (2025), I had been on exactly one cruise in my entire life and it was fine - fun, even! But I didn’t come out of it thinking: I must do this again!

I don’t think cruises are “my thing” but I think Disney Cruises - or, certain Disney Cruises, such as possibly all of them..? - are my thing. Why? Because: theming. And when the ships horn plays the opening bar of When You Wish Upon a Star when it’s about to set sail it really does feel very special!
